Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time by contacting our support team by email or WhatsApp.

Refunds

If you cancel within the first week of a billing period, the tuition for that month is refunded in full. After the first week, the subscription continues until the end of the billing period.

Missed and rescheduled classes

• Give at least 4 hours’ notice to reschedule; our coordinators will arrange a make-up class within 30 days.
• Classes missed without notice are not refunded or automatically made up.
