Is there a free trial class?
Yes, we offer a 7-day free trial period (no credit card required) for Standard and select Specialized plans. This helps you evaluate the tutor, the virtual classroom tools, and select the best scheduling timings before subscription activation.
Can I choose a female tutor?
Absolutely. We have a large faculty of certified female scholars who specialize in kids' foundational learning and adult female students to ensure complete comfort and privacy.
How do I pay my monthly fees?
We support secure international payment gateways. You can pay via credit/debit card, PayPal, Bank Transfer, or secure recurring billing systems. Receipts are generated automatically.
Can I reschedule a missed class?
Yes! If you notify us at least 4 hours before the scheduled class time, we will coordinate with your tutor to schedule a makeup class at a mutually convenient time. Makeup classes do not expire for 30 days.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you choose to cancel within the first week of your regular billing period, you are eligible for a full refund of that month's tuition.
