Learn Noorani Qaida online

Build a foundation in Arabic letters, vowel sounds and joined words before moving to fluent Quran reading.

Noorani Qaida is the classic foundation for reading the Quran. Your teacher starts with the Arabic letters and their correct articulation points (makharij), then builds step by step to joined letters, vowels, long vowels and the first Tajweed rules — until you can read complete verses with confidence.

Who is it for?

Complete beginners with no Arabic background: children from about 4½–5 years old, and adults who want to learn to read from scratch or correct their pronunciation.

How classes work

Every lesson is live and one-to-one. No physical book is needed — your teacher shows a digital Qaida on screen, and PDF copies are shared for practice at home. Female and male teachers are available.

How long does it take?

Children taking three classes a week usually finish in about four to six months. Adults often progress faster, depending on practice time.

Questions about this course

How do we choose a reading starting point?
Tell the coordinator what letters, sounds or words the learner can currently read. The teacher can discuss a suitable starting point during the trial rather than placing a learner by age alone.
Can an adult ask about Noorani Qaida?
Yes. Adults can discuss reading foundations with the college. Explain whether you are starting from the alphabet or returning after a break so the team can discuss suitability.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You get 3 days of free classes with no credit card required (all packages except the Weekend plan). It is a chance to meet your teacher, try the virtual classroom and settle on timings before you subscribe.
Can I choose a female teacher?
Yes. Female teachers are available for children and sisters, and male teachers for brothers. Choose your preference on the free-trial form.
How do online classes work?
Every class is live and one-to-one with your teacher, using video, screen-sharing and an interactive whiteboard. You only need a laptop, tablet or phone with a camera, microphone and a stable internet connection.
