Getting started

Is there a free trial?
Yes. You get 3 days of free classes with no credit card required (all packages except the Weekend plan). It is a chance to meet your teacher, try the virtual classroom and settle on timings before you subscribe.
Can I choose a female teacher?
Yes. Female teachers are available for children and sisters, and male teachers for brothers. Choose your preference on the free-trial form.

Classes

How do online classes work?
Every class is live and one-to-one with your teacher, using video, screen-sharing and an interactive whiteboard. You only need a laptop, tablet or phone with a camera, microphone and a stable internet connection.
Do I need to buy books?
No. Your teacher shows the Qaida or Mushaf on screen and shares PDF copies for practice at home.
At what age can my child start?
Children can usually start Noorani Qaida from about 4½ to 5 years old. Adults of any age are very welcome.
Can I reschedule a class?
Yes. Let us know at least 4 hours before the class and our coordinators will arrange a make-up class, to be completed within 30 days. With less notice, the class is forfeited.
What happens if we miss a class?
Teachers wait for 10 minutes after the start time. After that the class is marked as missed. Missed classes are not refunded and are not automatically made up.

Fees

How do I pay my monthly fees?
Fees are billed monthly at the start of each billing cycle. You can pay by credit or debit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
Do you offer a family discount?
Yes. Additional children from the same household receive a 15% sibling discount.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. If you cancel within the first week of a billing period, that month's tuition is refunded in full.

Courses

How long does it take to memorise the Quran?
Memorising the whole Quran usually takes two to four years, depending on ability, number of classes per week and revision at home. Plans for a single Juz or selected surahs are also available.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Students receive a formal certificate after completing a course and its final assessment.
Does every learner finish Hifz in the same time?
No completion time is promised here. Starting point, retention, practice and the agreed learning plan affect the discussion. Ask the college for an individual assessment.
Is Quran Translation the same as Arabic Language?
They are related but different learning goals. Ask which explanatory language, materials and prior knowledge apply to the translation course, and compare this with the Arabic course.
Which course should a new reader discuss first?
Explain your reading and understanding goals to the coordinator. If recognising letters is still difficult, ask whether reading foundations should be reviewed before the proposed course.
Is this course suitable for every child?
Suitability is discussed with the college. Ask about age expectations, language, materials and supervision before assuming a course is appropriate for a particular child.
Can parents ask what Islamic learning topics are available?
Yes. Ask which topics are actually included in current courses. This does not mean every topic mentioned on the website is a separate available programme.
Does reading Arabic script mean the learner is fluent?
Reading, vocabulary, understanding and independent language use are related but different skills. Discuss the learner’s experience and which skills the available course emphasises.
What should an adult ask before starting Arabic?
Ask about the starting-level assessment, teaching language, materials, practice expectations and progress reviews. No universal fluency deadline is promised.
How do we choose a reading starting point?
Tell the coordinator what letters, sounds or words the learner can currently read. The teacher can discuss a suitable starting point during the trial rather than placing a learner by age alone.
Can an adult ask about Noorani Qaida?
Yes. Adults can discuss reading foundations with the college. Explain whether you are starting from the alphabet or returning after a break so the team can discuss suitability.
How is Tajweed connected to Quran reading?
Pronunciation feedback can form part of a Quran reading discussion. Ask the teacher which reading and recitation skills need attention and what supported practice would involve.
What should we ask after a reading trial?
Ask which skill to practise, how corrections will be explained and how progress will be reviewed. Confirm the course and package before enrolling.
How should we balance Hifz and school commitments?
Discuss the learner’s actual weekly routine and ask how new memorisation and revision would be balanced. The teacher confirms a suitable plan; a generic completion date should not be assumed.

United States

Can we request a class after school in the USA?
Yes, you can suggest an after-school time in your enquiry. Include the learner’s city and alternative days. The team confirms teacher availability before a schedule is agreed.
Are the fees below in US dollars?
The USA page selects published USD amounts. Confirm the package, billing period and course applicability with the college before enrolling.
Is this a physical Quran school in the USA?
This page describes online lessons from home. It does not claim a physical US campus or local branch.
How should we describe a US lesson time?
Use a city, date and local time, such as 6 pm in Chicago, rather than only saying US time. The planner compares named zones and accounts for seasonal clock changes on the selected date.

Australia

Which time zone should an Australian family choose?
Choose the learner’s city where it is listed. Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane and Perth can have different offsets or seasonal rules. Add your actual city to the enquiry if it is not shown.
Are AUD fees automatically converted from USD?
No. This site displays an approved published AUD amount where available. If there is no approved AUD amount, ask the college for a written quote.
Can the lesson stay at the same local time when clocks change?
Ask the coordinator to confirm this for your proposed timetable. A date-aware comparison shows the time difference, but it does not reserve a teacher or confirm a recurring schedule.
Does this page advertise an Australian teaching centre?
No. It describes online learning from home and does not claim a physical Australian branch.
