How to compare online Quran class fees in the USA by cost per class, lesson length, currency, family discounts and time zone.
To compare online Quran class fees in the USA, look at the whole package, not just the monthly price: lesson length, classes per week, one-to-one or group, the course, the billing currency, and what happens when a class is missed. Two plans with the same price can offer very different amounts of teaching time.
This guide shows how to compare quotes fairly. It does not quote an unapproved fee or promise a learning result. For Online Quran College's current options in US dollars, see the published packages and ask the coordinator to confirm the amount for your plan.
Compare the same kind of class
Check whether each class is one-to-one or shared with other students, and whether the time is live teaching. Online Quran College teaches live one-to-one classes. If you are not sure which course your child or you need, use the course comparison first, then compare fees for that course.
Work out the cost per class
Write down the class length and how many classes a week each plan includes. Then divide the monthly fee by the number of classes in a typical month. For example, a plan with 2 classes a week gives about 8 to 9 classes a month; a plan with 4 classes a week gives about 16 to 17. Comparing the cost per class, or per hour of teaching, makes different plans easier to compare.
Ask how holidays, five-week months and teacher absences are handled, and whether missed classes can be made up.
Check the currency and payment terms
Ask whether the fee is charged in US dollars or converted from another currency, and whether your bank adds a foreign transaction fee. Confirm the billing date, how to pause or cancel, and the refund rules. Online Quran College publishes its cancellation and refund policy so you can read it before enrolling.
Ask about family discounts
If more than one child will learn, ask whether there is a sibling discount and whether siblings can have back-to-back classes with the same teacher. See Quran lessons for multiple children for scheduling ideas.
Factor in your time zone
US families span several time zones. Before you pay, confirm the class time in your own zone (Eastern, Central, Mountain or Pacific) and how daylight saving changes are handled. The online Quran classes USA page shows how lessons are planned in US time.
Try before you pay
Online Quran College offers a 3-day free trial on eligible plans with no credit card required (the Weekend plan is excluded). Use it to check the teacher, the class time and how your child responds before choosing a package. You can ask for a female or male teacher.
Book a 3-day free trial and ask the coordinator to confirm the fee for the plan you choose.
