By accessing this website and enrolling in our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Online Quran College if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. Class Scheduling and Attendance
- All classes are conducted 1-on-1 online via our virtual learning software.
- It is the student's responsibility to log in at the scheduled class time.
- Tutors will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes. If the student does not log in within this period, it will be marked as a missed class, and no refund or automatic makeup class will be provided.
2. Rescheduling and Makeup Classes
We understand that schedules can change. Schedulers must follow these rules:
- You must notify us at least **4 hours** before the scheduled class time to cancel/reschedule.
- Makeup classes must be coordinated through our coordinators and completed within **30 days** of the missed class.
- If notification is received less than 4 hours prior, the class is forfeited.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
- Monthly tuition fees are billed automatically at the beginning of each cycle.
- We support payments via major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal.
- Sibling/Family discounts of **15%** apply to additional children enrolled from the same household.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by contacting support.
- Cancellations within the first week of a regular billing period are eligible for a full refund of that month's tuition.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
